QuickEvent is an event management platform. Organisations use it to publish events and collect registrations; participants use it to register and manage their attendance. These terms cover your use of the platform itself. Each event is run by the organisation that publishes it, and that organisation may apply its own additional terms.
Accounts
You need an account to register for most events. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.
One account can be used across multiple events. Removing your account removes your platform profile; registration records held by an organiser are governed by that organiser's own retention rules.
Organisers and their events
Organisations that publish events on QuickEvent decide what information to collect, who is approved to attend, and how their event is run. QuickEvent provides the tools; it is not a party to the relationship between an organiser and a participant.
An organiser is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it collects through its registration forms and for responding to requests about that data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to distribute malicious content, to attempt unauthorised access to other organisations' data, or to submit information you have no right to share.
Accounts and organisations that breach these terms may be suspended.
Availability
The platform is provided as-is. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
