See it working
This is the actual product, not a diagram
Every screen below comes from a real workspace with sample data in it. You can open the same workspace yourself — it takes one click and no account.
Every registration, with the decision in the same place
See who applied, what they answered and what is still missing. Approve, send a registration back for corrections, or invite someone directly — without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

How it works
Three steps from idea to open registration
- 1
Create your event
Name it, set the dates and pick what you need to ask. The registration form is ready before you finish your coffee.
- 2
Share one link
Your event page carries your own name and logo. Guests register, upload what you asked for and track their status themselves.
- 3
Welcome your guests
Approve registrations, publish the agenda and check people in with a QR scan. Everyone sees the same up-to-date plan.
What you get
The whole event, not just the sign-up form
Everything below is part of the platform today. Turn on what your event needs and leave the rest switched off.
Registration forms you control
Ask exactly what you need — text, choices, files, dietary or accessibility notes — without waiting for a developer.
- Free-text and choice fields
- File and document upload
- Fields you mark as sensitive
Approvals and invitations
Review each registration, approve or send it back, or invite guests directly with a personal link.
- Send back for corrections
- Invite-only events
- Guests track their own status
Travel, hotels and transfers
Collect flight details, assign rooms and plan pickups in the same place as the guest list.
How it worksBadges and QR check-in
Every approved guest gets a digital badge. Scan it at the door and see arrivals as they happen.
How it worksAnnouncements and messages
Publish agenda changes once and reach everyone by e-mail and in the guest portal at the same time.
How it worksAccess built for teams
Give each colleague only the screens they need, and keep an audit trail of who changed what.
How it works
Who it is for
Built for events where the guest list matters
Not a ticket shop. QuickEvent is for events where you decide who comes, and then have to get them there, fed, housed and through the door.
Conference management software
Run a multi-day conference end to end: registration, speaker and session programme, badges, QR check-in and the attendee portal in one place.

How it started
Built to run a NATO LANDCOM conference
QuickEvent did not start as a product idea. It was built to run NATO LANDCOM's Partners' Land Commanders' Conference: invited delegations from multiple nations, every registration reviewed before approval, and the travel, hotel and transfer arrangements that follow once a guest is confirmed.
That is why the platform handles what happens after the sign-up form — the part most event tools leave to a spreadsheet.
Read about government and defence eventsModules used to run that conference
- Delegation registration with review and approval
- Hotel allocation for visiting delegations
- Airport transfers and movement planning
- Digital badges and QR check-in at the venue
Every module listed here is part of the platform today.
Companion app
Your guests already have the app
QuickEvent ships with a free iOS and Android app. Participants sign in with the email address you invited — no account to create, no code to distribute. Everything they need during the event lives there, and everything they do flows back to your panel.
Free for every participant. Included in all plans.
The agenda in their pocket
Sessions, speakers and room changes update on the phone as soon as you change them in the organizer panel.
Badge and check-in
Each participant carries a QR badge; your staff scan it at the door and attendance lands in the same reports.
Messages and networking
Participants reach the organizing team, ask questions during sessions and connect with each other.
Notifications that arrive
Programme changes, transfer times and announcements go out as push notifications instead of another email nobody opens.
Built for sensitive guest lists
Your participants' data stays yours
QuickEvent grew out of running events where the guest list itself was confidential. The protections that came from that are on by default for every organizer.
No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 claim on this page — we do not hold those certificates and will not imply otherwise. What we do hold is written down.
Read how participant data is handledSeparated by organization
Every query is scoped to the organization that owns the data. Another organizer cannot reach your participants, and the boundary is covered by its own regression suite.
Sensitive fields encrypted
Fields you mark as sensitive are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, with key rotation support. You choose which fields count as sensitive.
Every change recorded
Administrative actions are written to an audit log with the actor, the target and the time, so you can answer who changed what.
Data subject requests
Participants can ask for their data to be exported, corrected or deleted, and the platform carries out deletion and anonymisation for you.
Open events
Attending instead of organising?
These events are published by organisations running on QuickEvent. Pick one to see the details and register.
No events to show yet
Once an organisation publishes an event, it appears here.
