Questions
- What counts as an active event?
- Any event that has not been cancelled. Cancelling an event frees up its slot — you keep the registrations and can still export them.
- What happens when I hit the registration limit?
- New registrations are turned away and existing ones are untouched. Upgrading reopens registration immediately.
- Can I pay for just one event?
- Yes — the Event Pass is a single payment for one event, with the Professional toolkit included. There is no monthly bill and nothing renews. It covers one event in total: cancelling it does not free up the pass for another one.
- When is a subscription the better deal?
- If you run more than one event, or need to plan the next one while the current one is still open. Professional keeps any number of events active at the same time; the Event Pass keeps one.
- Can I move back down a plan?
- Yes — as long as your current usage fits the smaller plan. If it does not, we tell you exactly what is over the line instead of switching your events off.
