NewOnboarding

A shorter path from sign-up to your first eventPermalink to this update

New accounts can answer a few optional questions about the events they run, so QuickEvent starts with settings that fit instead of blank defaults.

Creating an account used to drop you into an empty console and leave you to configure everything from scratch. You had to know which settings mattered before you had run a single event.

After you sign up, QuickEvent now asks a few short questions — the kind of events you run, roughly how many people attend, and what you need to get done first. Your answers shape the suggestions you see afterwards.

Two things worth knowing:

  • Every step is optional. Skip the whole thing and your account works exactly as before.
  • You can change your answers later from your account settings, and remove them entirely if you would rather not keep them on file.
