Event management for government and defence
Built for sensitive guest lists: data scoped per organisation, encrypted fields, a full audit trail and data subject requests handled for you.
QuickEvent was built to run a NATO LANDCOM conference: visiting delegations, every registration reviewed before approval, and the travel and accommodation arrangements that follow. Sensitive guest lists were the first requirement, not a later addition.
Why generic event tools do not fit
Public ticketing platforms assume anyone can buy their way in and that the guest list is not itself sensitive. Neither assumption holds for an official visit, and the usual workaround — a shared spreadsheet on someone’s laptop — is worse than the tool it replaces.
What is in place
Data separated per organisation
Every query is scoped to the organisation that owns the data. Another organiser cannot reach your participants, and that boundary is covered by its own regression suite.
Sensitive fields encrypted
Fields you mark as sensitive are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, with key rotation support. You choose which fields count.
Every change recorded
Administrative actions are written to an audit log with the actor, the target and the time.
Data subject requests handled
Participants can ask for their data to be exported, corrected or deleted, and the platform carries out deletion and anonymisation.

Give each colleague only the screens they need and keep a record of who changed what, so you can answer that question months later.

Questions
- Can an event be kept out of every public list?
- Yes. Unlisted events are reachable only by link or invitation and appear in no public listing; private events are not reachable at all.
- Where is the data held?
- The platform runs on Microsoft Azure in Europe. Specific hosting and retention arrangements are agreed per organisation.
